Employee Benefits

The employee benefits law practice assists clients with the establishment and administration of employee benefit programs. We have participated in the drafting of pension, profit sharing, stock option and health benefit plans, and in the qualification of retirement plans with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and the Puerto Rico Treasury Department. We have also participated in litigation before the federal and local courts involving issues under the Employment Retirement Income Security Act.
